摘要
在大鼠下丘脑室旁核及(PVN)和中缝大核区埋藏套管,用行为测痛方法,观察向PVN和中缝大核(NPM)注射药物后的痛阈变化.向PVN分别注射谷氨酸钠10μg/μl盐酸吗啡10μg/μl,痛阈显著升高.这种变化可被NRM注射纳络酮所翻转.说明NRM可能参与了PVN的镇痛过程.
The role of nucleus raphe magnus (NRM) in rats was studied. The changs of pain threshold after drugs were injected into PVN and NRM through pipes which had been buried previously were observed with behavior testing - pain method. The pain threshould increased obviously after i jccting sodium glutamate (10ug/ul) and hydrochloric acid morphine (10ug/ul) separately into PVN. This effect could be reversed by naloxone (2ug/ul) injected into NRM. The result suggests that NRM may be related to the analgesic process of PVN.
