镉饱和法测定小白鼠肝中金属硫蛋白 被引量:18

摘要 金属硫蛋白(MT)是一种低分子量的蛋白质,会大量的半胱氨酸,并对金属有较高的亲合力,镉饱和法测定金属硫蛋白正是利用了这些性质。在本研究中,小白鼠经口给以醋酸锌,16小时后取出肝脏并用镉饱和法测其MT的含量。结果显示方法有较好的重复性,而且肝MT的含量随Zn剂量的增加而增加。 Metallohionein(MT) is a low-molecular weight protein with a large cysteine content and a high affinity for metals. These properties were utilized in the determination of metallothionein by cadmium saturation method. In this study. MT in liver was estimated by the cadmium saturation methed. Mice were fed with Zn(CH3CO2)2(60, 80 and 100 mg/kg Zn respectively) and were killed after 16hrs. The livers were removed to determine MT concentraction by this method. The results were reproducible. Hepatic MT levels were increased with Zn dosage.
