不同季节水杉叶总黄酮含量变化的研究 被引量:4

摘要 水杉含有丰富的黄酮成分。用超声提取法制备同一来源、不同季节水杉叶总黄酮样品,以芦丁作标准品,用分光光度法进行了含量测定。结果显示,含量范围为0.970~1.556%,其中以6月份样本的含量最高。初步揭示了水杉叶总黄酮含量随季节变化的规律。 Metasequoia glyptostroboides abounds with flavonoids. Total flavonoids in the leaves of M. glyptostroboides from three sampled trees in different seasons were extracted by method of supersonic extraction and their contents were determined by means of UVVision spectrometry with rutin as a standard. The contents range from 0.970% to 1.556%, which the peak is in the end of June. Natural change rule of total flavonoids' content along with the change of seasons was roughly disclosed.
