摘要
目的:研究水杉总黄酮对心律失常的作用。方法:采用多种实验性心律失常模型。结果:水杉总黄酮10mg/kgip可推迟乌头碱诱发的大鼠心律失常的出现时间,缩短持续时间;提高氯化钙诱发大鼠心律失常的阈剂量;增加哇巴因诱发豚鼠心律失常的用量;还能对抗心肌缺血复灌所致的大鼠心律失常。结论:水杉总黄酮具有广泛的抗心律失常作用。
To studythe effects oftotalf/avones ofmetasequoia(TFM)on arrhythmias.Methods:EfieCts of TFM on arrhythmias was observed in various animal models.Results:TFM 10 mg/kg ip could delay the onset time of aconitine inducing arrhythmia,shorten the duration of arrhythmias;increase the threshold dose of cack inducing ahythmias in rats;increase the dose of ouabain inducing arrhythmias in giunea pigs;TFM also antagonized the arrhythmie effect of myocardial reperfuslon in rats.Conclusion:TFM possesses extensive antiarrhythmic effects.
