摘要
目的 :建立酸枣仁中酸枣仁皂苷A及B的含量测定方法 ,为该药材提供质量控制标准。方法 :应用高效液相色谱法 -蒸发光散射检测器 (HPLC -ELSD) ,AllspereODS - 2 ( 2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,5 μm)色谱柱 ,甲醇-水 -冰醋酸 ( 70∶3 0∶1)为流动相 ,测定了酸枣仁中酸枣仁皂苷A及B的含量。结果 :分析了 11批商品药材。酸枣仁皂苷A及B的平均回收率分别为 92 4 % (RSD =3 8% )和 91 8% (RSD =3 9% )。结论 :方法快速简便 ,重现性良好 。
Objective:To develop a method to determine the contents of jujuboside A and jujuboside B in Spine Date Seed so as to evaluate the quality of this herb drug.Methods:With the use of Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (ELSD), an Allspere ODS-2 (250 mm×4 6 mm , 5 μm ) column as analytical column and methanol-water-glacial acetic acid ( 70∶30∶1 ) as mobile phase, the quantities of jujuboside A and jujuboside B in Spine Date Seed were measured.Results:11 commercial crude drugs were analyzed. The mean recoveries of jujuboside A and jujuboside B were 92 4%( RSD =3 8%) and 91 8% ( RSD =3 9%), respectively.Conclusion:This method is fast , simple and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of this Chinese herbal medicine.
