介绍了以豆腐柴叶为原料,加工生产豆腐柴果冻的工艺,所开发出的豆腐柴果冻口感细腻滑爽,风味极佳,且不含任何防腐剂,是一种纯天然的新产品。
This paper introduced the crafts on processing of jelly using leaf of premna microphylla turcz as raw material, and the oral feeling of the jelly is fine and smooth, its taste is very nice. It contains no antiseptic, so it is a kind of natural new product.
