摘要
目的 :研究和探讨黄毛豆腐柴茎提取物的药理学活性。方法 :选用改善微循环、保护坐骨神经和软组织的方法 ,对其进行药效学研究。结果 :黄毛豆腐柴茎提取物 2 0 5 μg/kg剂量组可明显扩张小鼠耳廓细动脉口径 ,扩张率为 2 3.2 % ,同时明显增加毛细血管网交点 ,增加率为 48.6 % ,对坐骨神经损伤小鼠痛觉的恢复时间缩短了 32 .4% ;2 0 5 μg/kg和 10 2 .5 μg/kg剂量组均可抑制小鼠软组织损伤引起的瘀血水肿现象 ,抑制率分别为 36 .7%和 35 .4%。结论 :黄毛豆腐柴茎提取物有改善微循环。
Objective:To study the pharmacological activities of the extract from stalk of Premna fulva Craib Methods:Pharmacological methods to study microcirculation improvement and protection of sciatic nerve and soft tissue from injury were used Results:At a dose of 205μg/kg,the extract increased the caliber of ear fine artery by 23 2% and the points of intersection of capillary network by 48 6% in mice,and shortened the recovery time of pain perception by 32 4% in mice whose sciatic nerves were injured At doses of both 205 μg/kg and 102 5 μg/kg,the extract eased the oedema of soft tissue which was injured by 36 7% and 35 4%respectively Conclusion:The extract from stalk of Premna fulva Craib could improve the microcirculation and protect sciatic nerve and soft tissue from injury in mice
