摘要
本文首先指出了进行企业并购风险识别的研究具有重要的意义 ;也总结了当前企业并购风险的主要研究内容和不足。然后设计了企业并购风险识别系统及决策支持系统的基本框架 ,并提出了该系统的实现方法。
First the great importance has been pointed out to the research of the venture discernment system for merger & acquisition of enterprise.Some current main research content and insufficiency have also been summarized.Finally the basic framework has been designed along with the method to implement the system.
