摘要 本文对我国建立企业兼并决策支持系统的必要性、企业兼并决策支持系统的理论模型以及企业兼并决策支持系统的设计问题进行了探讨 ,从理论上为企业兼并决策支持系统的建立提供了基本框架 ,有利于提高企业兼并行为的科学性。 The need of establishing Merger Decision Support System (MDSS) in China, its theoreticalmodeling and designing are discussed in this paper. Also the basic structure of MDSS is given.
