摘要
分析了兼并前重组企业在行为上的主要影响因素，并给出了其可靠性指数的变化规律以及预见性的企业抉择因素值，结论表明，企业的兼并重组受政策、成效比及可持续因子等三个主要因素的影响，从而揭示了企业在某种模式下的运作规律。
The paper analyses the key factors influencing the enterprises' mergence and recombination and presents the regularity in reliability index changing and foreseeability of factor value in enterprises choice. It concludes that the enterprises merged and recombined are influenced by the government's polices, cost benefit ratio and sustainable factor. Thus the enterprices operation regularity is revealed.
