摘要
讨论了半干法制备季铵型阳离子淀粉工艺中阳离子试剂用量、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产品取代度的影响。试验证明,该工艺操作简便、反应条件温和、能耗低,具有广阔的工业化前景。
This paper discussed the effect of dosage of cationic agent and catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time on the degree of substitution of the cationic starch prepared by the one-step semi-dry process. This process has many advantages such as simple operation, mild reaction conditions and low energy consumption, it is in prospect of industrialization.
