摘要
以玉米淀粉为原料,氯乙酸作羧甲基化试剂,选用环氧氯丙烷作为交联剂制备了交联羧甲基淀粉钠。采用灰化法测其取代度。考察了交联剂用量、反应时间、氯乙酸用量、NaOH和反应温度对淀粉产品取代度的影响。确定最佳工艺条件为:交联剂用量在0.12%,物料摩尔比为淀粉∶氯乙酸∶NaOH为1.0∶0.7∶2.0,产品取代度为0.61。结果表明:此产品糊液的稳定性好、透明度高、抗冻性好、耐老化。
The cross-linking carboxymethyl double modified starch was prepared by the corn starch and 2-chloroacetic acid catalyzing with alkaline,the epichlorohydrin was chose as the cross linker. Degree of substitution of the products was determined by the cineration method. The effects on DS such as epichlorohydrin addition and reaction time, 2-chloroaeetic acid addition,sodium hydroxide addition and reaction temperature were researched. The optimal reaction conditions were:the epichlorohydrin addition was 0.12% of the starch weight and the raw materials mol ratio was starch 1.0:monochloroacetic acid 0.7:sodium hydroxide 2.0. The degree of substitution was 0.61. The result showed that the product with proper degree of crosslinking had good stability of paste, high trans-parency and good anti-retrogradation and anti-freezingproperties.
