摘要 用高效液相色谱同时分析饮料中多种添加剂的方法,国内外已有报道。但在分析种类、时间、分离度及灵敏度等方面仍有不足。本文采用梯度洗脱,最大吸收波长检测,基线校正等分析饮料中九种添加剂,效果良好。 实验部分 (一)仪器与试剂 Waters 209型高效液相色谱仪:μBondapak C_(18)径向加压柱,10μm,100mm×8mm i.d.。680型梯度洗脱控制器。梯度为:A.甲醇,B,0.02 mol/L乙酸铵;5%A 3min,5—20%A 2 min,20—40%A 3min,40—50%A 4 min,50—5%A 4 min。流速2ml/min。用490型可编程序多波长检测器,最大吸收波长法检测。设定的六个波长为225,230,255,258,273,600nm。满量程吸收为2.0AUFS。检测器自动基线校正。740型数据处理机绘图计算。 A HPLC mathod has been described for the determination of 9 food additives in beverage. Benzoic acid, sorbic acid, saccharin, tartrazine, amaranth, ponceau 4R, sunset yellow FCF, caffeine and brilliant blue FCF were separated completely in 15 minutes on a μBondapak C18 Radial-PAX Cartridge column, 10 μm, 100 mm × 8 mm i. d. , by using gradient elution of MeOH-0. 02 mol/L NH4Ac(5- 50% MeOH), and measured at their own maximum absorption wavelengths. The baseline drift was eliminated by baseline correction. The sensitivities were higher than those of the single wavelength method, respectively. The detection limits were between 5ng (sorbic acid) and 35ng (brilliant blue FCF).
