摘要
采用稀土元素La3+对固体超强酸SO2 -4 /TiO2 的改性 ,制备出稀土固体超强酸催化剂SO2 -4 /TiO2 /La3+催化剂 ,应用于合成乙酸苄酯的反应中 ,其最佳反应条件为 :醇酸摩尔比 1 .8(乙酸的用量为 0 .2mol) ,催化剂用量为 1 .2g ,反应时间为 2 .0h ,乙酸苄酯的酯化率达 98.8%.
The catalytic agent, rare earth solid superacids SO 2- 4/TiO 2/La 3+ , is produced by chemically modifying solid superacids with lanthanum, which is used in the synthesis of Benzyl Acetate. The optimized reaction conditions are: while molar ratio of benzyl alcohol to acetic acid is 1.8 (when acetic acid is 0.2?mol ), the amount of rare earth solid superacids is 1.2?g , and the reacting time is 2?h .The esterification rate is about 98 8%.
