摘要
研究了以稀土固体超强酸SO_4(2-)/TiO_2/La^(3+)为催化剂,丁酸和正丁醇为原料合成丁酸丁酯,并考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明,醇酸物质的量比为1.8:1,催化剂用量为0.5 g(丁酸为0.2 mol的情况下),带水剂甲苯为15 mL,反应时间为2.0 h是合成丁酸丁酯的较适宜的反应条件,酯化率达98.6%。
The synthesis of butyl butyrate with n-butanol and butyric acid as reactants and rare-earth solid superacid SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2/La^(3+) as catalyst had been studied. The influent actors of reaction were investigated. The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be: Weight of catalyst was 0.5g (weight of butyric acid if 0.2 mol); molar ratio of n-butanol to butyric acid was 1.8:1; reaction time was 2.0h; the taking water reagent (Toluene) was 15 mL. The yield of butyl butyrate was about 98.6%.
