摘要
目的 测定铜绿假单胞菌对 13种抗菌药物的耐药性 ,为临床合理应用抗生素提供依据。 方法 采用VITEK -3 2型全自动微生物分析仪测定 10 0株铜绿假单胞菌的药敏和超广谱 β -内酰胺酶。 结果 铜绿假单胞菌对氨苄西林、阿莫西林 棒酸、替卡西林 棒酸、头孢他定和头孢噻肟的耐药率超过 90 % ,妥布霉素、庆大霉素、丁胺卡那霉素、环丙沙星、左旋氧氟沙星、亚胺培南为 71%~ 82 % ,未发现对羧苄西林和诺氟沙星的耐药菌株。铜绿假单胞菌产生其超广谱 β -内酰胺酶为 2 6%。结论 羧苄西林和诺氟沙星对铜绿假单胞菌的耐药率最低 。
Objective To determine antimicrobial resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa to thirteen antbiotics. Methods 100 strains bacterial susceptibility of psendomonas aeruginosa and extended spectrum β-Lactamaes (ESBLs)were tested by VITEK-32 system.Results Resistant percentage to Ampicillin,Amoxicillin/clavulanic acid,Ticarcillin/clavulanic acid, Ceftazidime and cefotoxime was higher than 90%,Tobramycin, Gentamycin, Amikacin,Ciprofloxacin,Levofloxacin,Imipenem was 71%~82%,But no showed resistance to Carbenicillin and Nonfloxacin. ESBLs of pseudomonas aeruginosa was 26%. Conclusion Carbenicillin and norfloxacin were the lowest resistant rate against pseudomonas aeruginosa,they should be antibiotics of the first choice for treatment of clinical infection with pseudomonas aeraginosa.
