摘要
为确立泽泻中泽泻醇 B的测定方法 ,采用制备泽泻中主要成分泽泻醇 B的标准溶液 ,薄层色谱分离后 ,进行光密度扫描测定 ,结果显示样品中泽泻 B含量分别为 0 .1 0 3 6%、0 .1 0 5 0 %、0 .2 2 45 %、0 .3 1 5 7% ,在 1 .5h内稳定 ,回收率 1 0 1 .3 % ,说明薄层扫描法灵敏、专属 ,重现性好 ,简便易行。
To stablish thin-layer chromatography(TLC) densitometry of alisol B in rhizoma alismatis orientalitis,the samples were extracted by CC method and subjected to TLC-densitometry.The results showed that the alisol B in samples was 0.1036%,0.1050%,0.2245% and 0.3157%.It indicates that alismol is efficiently quantitated by TLC-densitometry.
