摘要
目的建立中药泽泻的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对泽泻进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)对泽泻中泽泻醇B-23乙酸酯进行含量测定。结果泽泻的薄层鉴别图谱斑点清晰;泽泻醇B-23乙酸酯在4.4～110.0μg/mL范围内有良好线性关系,r=0.9992(n=5),平均加样回收率为98.98%(n=9),RSD为1.3%。结论该方法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于中药泽泻的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the quality control of Rhizoma Alismatis. Methods The samples of Rhizoma Alismatis were identified with TLC and the content of alisol B - 23 - acetate in Rhizoma Alismatis was determined by HPLC - ELSD. Results The spots of TLC chromatogram of Rhizoma Alismatis was clear. A good linearity was in the range of 4. 4 - 110.0 μg/mL of alisol B - 23 - acetate, r = 0. 999 2 （ n = 5）, and the average recovery rate was 98.98 % （ n = 9）, RSD = 1.3 %. Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Rhizoma Alismatis.
