摘要
目的:介绍在兼并收购或委托管理目标医院时对其竞争力的综合评价研究和应用范例。方法:收集8家目标医院被纳入医院集团前后的统计报表和相关资料。管理者、员工和居民的问卷调查资料,国家和地方卫生部门和统计部门的统计资料等,采用层次分析法和德尔菲法建立评价模型,对8家目标医院改制前后的竞争力进行综合评分,并分析比较产生差别的原因。结果:8家目标医院改制后有一家竞争力下降,7家竞争力上升。结论:在对目标医院改制投资时要根据投资目的、改制方式和投资实力综合考虑建立竞争力评价模型,充分发挥各方面的积极性。
Objective This article introduced the research about the evaluation synthetically and application of the objective hospitals in the process of annex and purchase of trusteeship. Methods Collected statistical reports and other datum about eight hospitals before and after they were immerged into the hospital groups. The evaluation model was based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and Delphi technique and was used to evaluate synthetically the competitive of the eight hospitals and compared them before and after immergance. Results The competitive capability of a hospital fall and the others rose. Conclusion The reform and investment should consider the purpose and methods and strength to obtain some models to evaluation the competitive capabilities of the hospitals.
