摘要
目的探讨并购后目标医院的运营和管理方法,为城市大医院构建纵向医疗服务网络提供有价值的参考。方法对目标医院运营管理的方向和目标、内部管理运行机制的变革、文化品牌建设等方面采取的措施进行分析,总结目标医院发生的变化和取得的成效。结果目标医院的综合管理、医疗技术水平和服务质量等方面取得了跨越式发展,有力提高了医院的核心竞争力。结论并购后目标医院的管理实践和体会,可为医院实行所有权和经营权分离的办院模式提供有价值的借鉴经验。
Objective To explore the mode of operation and management in target hospitals after merger and acquisition,and provide a valuable reference for urban big hospitals in building a longitudinal health service network. Methods Measures taken by target hospitals in respects of the direction and objective of operation and management,the reform of internal management mechanism,and the construction of cultural brand were analyzed,the achievements and changes were assessed. Results The integrated management,medical technical level and quality of service in target hospitals developed by strides,raising competitive strength. Conclusion The practice of operation and management in target hospitals after acquisition provides a valuable reference in carrying out a running mode of hospital by separation of management from ownership.
