摘要
目的基于资源观的竞争优势理论建立大型综合性医院竞争力评价模型,为卫生管理部门和医院管理者准确判断市场竞争态势,评价自身优劣势和选择发展策略提供依据。方法采用专家咨询法、层次分析法(AHP)、模糊综合判断法构建竞争力评价指标体系,确定指标权重与指标体系权集,建立评价模型。结果构建了大型综合性医院竞争力评价模型,并确定了竞争力强、较强、一般、差四个等级的定量定性标准。结论评价模型指标体系合理,应用便捷,可显示医院资源和能力的优劣势。
Objective To provide a correct judgment of market competition, evaluation of strengths and weakness itself and scientific alternative of development strategy for medical management authorities and managers of hospital, a competitiveness evaluation model of large - sized general hospitals is established through theory of comparative advantage in resource. Methods The evaluation model is established by fuzzy comprehensive evalua- tion, meanwhile index being filtered by Delphi and then weight sets being determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Results A competitiveness evaluation model of large -sized general hospitals was established. Mean- while, the four competitiveness grades ( strongest, stronger, strong and weak) were defined quantitatively and qual- itatively. Conclusions The index system is scientifically chosen. The model is conveniently applied. The strengths and weakness on resource and capacity of hospitals are distinctly described.
