脑力智宝对老年性痴呆大鼠神经细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :研究老年性痴呆大鼠海马和额叶皮质细胞凋亡相关基因bcl 2表达及脑力智宝对其的影响。方法 :复制老年性痴呆大鼠模型 ,治疗组在复制模型后每天灌服脑力智宝至实验结束。应用流式细胞仪测定细胞群中细胞凋亡的比例和Bcl 2蛋白的含量 ,并观察其组织学改变。结果 :组织学可见凋亡早期的形态学改变。模型组大鼠海马、额叶神经细胞凋亡及Bcl 2蛋白含量较正常组为高 ;脑力智宝治疗后凋亡细胞减少 ,但海马区仍高于正常组 ,Bcl 2蛋白水平有所下调 ,接近正常组。结论 :老年性痴呆与细胞凋亡有关 ,脑力智宝对其有一定的治疗作用。 Objective:To investigate the expression of apoptosis related gene bcl 2 of the hippocampus and the frontal lobe tegumental cells in rats with Alzheimers′ disease,and observe the effects of Naoli Zhibao(NLZB).Method:After the rat model of Alzheimers′ disease was established,the treatment group was treated with NLZB by gastric injection untill the end of experiment.The percentage of apoptosis cells and the level of Bcl 2 protein were measured and calculated by flow cytometry,and the pathological changes of tissue were observed.Result:The morphological changes of apoptosis cells were found by histology in earlier stage.The percentage of apoptosis cells of the hippocampus and the frontal lobe tegumental cells and the level of Bcl 2 protein increased in model group compared with those in normal group;the percentage of apoptosis cells could be lowered by NLZB;the level of Bcl 2 protein decreased with a tendency to normal.Conclusion:The Alzheimers′ disease is related to nerve cell apoptosis,and could be effectively treated by NLZB.
