摘要
在Garud和Christensen等的研究基础上,对三种产品创新知识展开了深入的解析,并运用点线面结构描述产品创新知识的内在联系。针对产品开发绩效问题提出了基于三类知识的产品开发组织"三要素",并强调产品概念设计是新产品开发与管理的纲。
It deeply analyses three kinds of product innovation knowledge on the base of the research by Garud and Christensen and then uses the pointlinesurface structure to describe the relationships of the innovation knowledge. With regard to product development performance the three phases related to organization of product development are discussed based on the three kinds of product innovation knowledge. It also emphasizes that the innovation of the product concept is a key point for the new product dvelopment and management.
