摘要
研究了ML15MnVB、ML40Cr钢制螺栓施行锌淬工艺对基体组织和机械性能、以及对镀层组织、结合强度和抗蚀性能的影响。结果表明,采用本工艺其镀锌层质量符合ISO1461-1973(E)标准,螺栓的机械性能符合GB3098-1-82标准中8.8～10.9级的要求。
The effects of zinc-quenching process on the microstructure, adhesion, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of ML15MnVB. ML40Cr high strength bolts have been investigated. The results showed that after the above mentioned treatment, the zinc coating quality satisfied standard ISO 1461-1973(E), the mechanical propertties of the bolts reached strength class 8.9～10.9 to standard GB-3098-1-82.
