摘要
探讨了锌淬时镀锌层组织形成的过程,结果表明:在锌淬过程中依次形成Fe-Al相、δ_1相、ζ相和η相。由于锌淬时较一般热镀锌时钢件入锌浴的温度高,有利于形成Fe-Al化合物,增加合金层的铝含量,因而提高了镀锌层的粘附力。
In this paper the layer formation in the zine-quenching process is discussed. the results show that the Fe-Al phase、δ_1phase、ζphase and η phase form in turn. Because the immersion temperature of steel piece is higher in zinc-quenching process than in conventional hot dip galvanizing process the Fe-Al reaction is promoted, Al content in the alloy layers is higher. Thus the adherence of coating increased.
