摘要
轧制42CrMo钢通常为制造要求强度高、塑性和韧性指标也较高的关键部位螺栓的首选材料之一。由于材料内部原始组织的不均匀性等特点,采用常规的调质工艺,在满足高强度的基础上,其塑性和韧性指标往往达不到技术要求。通过采用双液淬火的调质工艺,成功地生产了轧制42CrMo钢高强度螺栓。
Rolling 42CrMo steel is usually one of preferred materials for producing bolts with high strength, and high plasticity and toughness. Though the boits can be met the high strength requirements by conventional hardening and tempering process, the plasticity and toughnese targets of bolts sometimes can not meet the technical requirements. The high strength bolts of rolling 42CrMo steel have been produced success-fully by two -liquid quenching process.
