摘要
介绍了硅线石陶瓷液态模锻模具(模芯)的成形过程及其应用于钢平法兰液态模锻的工艺实践,结果表明,陶瓷模可使液态模锻制件的质量提高,但同时也容易损坏。分析了损坏原因,并提出了改进意见。
The forming process of the die or core of the sillimanite ceramic in liquid forging for steel flat flanges is given. The results showed that the ceramic die can improve the quality of liquid forging workpiece, but damage easily. The reason of damage is analysed and the improving measure is presented.
