摘要
采用工艺实验,模拟液态模锻钢平法兰热裂纹的形成,证实了裂纹总是产生在液态模锻过程中制件凝固壳中因模具导热不良而形成的迟缓部位的观点。考察了钢水冶金质量对裂纹倾向的影响。在实验研究的基础上,对裂纹形成原因进行了深入分析。
In this paper, hot cracks often seen in liquid-forged steel flanges were reproduced by technic analog experiment, The result of the experiment has testified the point of view that hot cracks in liquid-forged steel flanges always appear preferentially at those parts of the solidified shell where the heat conduction between the die and the solidified shell is not in good condition and therefore the solidification of the liquid steel is relatively late and slow. The experiment has also revealed the influence of the metallurgical quality of the liquid steel on its hot crack tendency. On the basis of the experiment, the authors have thoroughly explained the cause of hot cracks appearing in liquid-forged steel flanges.
