摘要
观察和分析了液态模锻钢平法兰热裂纹的形貌与组织特征.发现裂纹一旦形成,其扩展经历四个阶段,表现为裂纹开展面上具有四个明显的特征区、裂纹的扩展程度与钢液质量。
The morphology and feature of hot cracks in liquid forged steel flat franges
have been observed. Once the cracks occur, they will propagate throguh 4 stages, and reveal
themselves obviously as 4 featured zones. The growth of the hot cracks seems to be depen-
dent upon certain technological factors, such as: liquid steel quality, solidification and stressed
state on workpieces, etc.
