摘要
本文应用弹性力学和传热学等理论导出了树脂砂型(芯)在铸造过程中的热应力和机械应力关于厚度方向的一维空间z和受热时间t的二元方程,据此提出了一种新颖的树脂砂型(芯)热开裂的理论判据,并首次建立了铸件产生脉纹缺陷的理论判据。文中对该热开裂理论判据进行了简化分析,结果表明:以前的一些判据只是该判据的特例或简化式。文章还根据所得的理论判据提出了防止砂型(芯)热开裂和铸件产生脉纹缺陷的措施。
Binary equation of one-dimentional space z on thickness orientation and heating time t of resin sand mold or core on thermal stress and mechanial stress in cast during on the basis of theory of elasticity and heat transfer is derived. A new theoritical critical condition on thermal crack of resin sand mold or core is presented according to above, and the theoritical critical condition of cause of casting veining defect is established firstly. The simplified analysis of theoritical critical condition of thermal crack show that the old critical condition is only special case or simplified solutions of above. The measure of preventing thermal crack of mold or core and cause of casting veining defect are also provided.
