摘要
借用径向受压圆盘的弹性力学分析和光测弹性试验结果,并籍助固化的树脂砂粘结剂的热失重分析和差热分析,对型砂的热态劈拉强度测试方法进行了试验研究。探讨了型砂的常温劈拉强度与常温轴拉强度的关系,同时首次提出了采用热态劈拉法间接地测试型砂热态轴拉强度的方法。
Using the elastic mechanics analysis and photoelastic test results,of radial- pressed round disc for reference and having the aid of the hot weight loss analy- sis and,differential thermal analysis of solidifying resin-bond sand binder,experi- ment researches were carried out on testing method of hot splitting strengh of moulding sand.The relationship of splitting strengh and axial-tensile strengh at normal atmospheric temperature of moulding sand was investigated.And the tes- ing method of hot axial tensile strengh tested inderectly by hot splitting was firs- tly presented.
