摘要
研究了天然树脂(松香)对覆膜砂的常温抗拉强度、热开裂倾向等性能的影响。结果表明其主要作用是使常温抗拉强度、热开及时间上升,有明显的降低铸件的脉纹缺陷的作用。其热强度、热弹性模量、爆热膨胀率却随松香量的增加而显著降低。添加松香后铸件上粘砂缺陷有显著降低。用松香作为酚醛树脂的改性剂时应严格控制其添加量。
The Influence of colophony addition on hot cracking tendency and tensile strcngth at roomtemperature of precoated phenolic resin sand is investigated.The results from the experiment have shown thatwhen the colophony is added to the resin coated sand and the veining defect on the iron casting’s surface,and thehot tensile strength,thermoelastic modulus and expansion rate of the resin sand mixure will be dropped in samecondition. When the penetration caused by colophony addition is taken into account the quantity of the colophonymust be limited within a relative low level.
