摘要
以离体橡胶叶片为材料,以物质代谢及膜系统结构为依据,研究PP_(333)(多效唑)对橡胶叶片的抗冷效应,结果表明,以200μg/ml PP_(333)预处理叶片24h,效应最佳; PP_(333)能有效地缓解经零上低温或0,5℃变温处理的叶片的蛋白质、总核酸和DNA的破坏,控制叶片含水量的下降,阻遏丙二醛含量、相对电导率的提高,增强叶片的抗冷性;橡胶叶片冷害的敏感温度为5℃,PP_(333)增强其抗冷性的最有效的温度也是5℃;抗冷性较差的品系对PP_(333)的反应更强些。
The effects of paclobutrazol (PP_(333)) on regulation resistance of detached Hcvea leaves to chilling injury were investigated by means of matter metabolism and the structure of membrane system after treatments. The best effects of PP_(333) were seen in leaves pretreated with PP_(333) for 24 h at the concentration of 200 μg/ml. PP_(333) increased the endurance of Hevea leaves to chilling injury (or ambient temperature of 0℃ and 5℃). It may effectively slow down the destruction of protein, nucleic acids and DNA, controlling the dehydration procedure of foliar, and repressing the increment of malonaldehyde (MDA) and relative electroconductivity. By treating Hevea leaves at different low temperatures (0, 5, 10℃), it was shown that the sensitive temperature of Hevea leaves to chilling injury was 5℃, so was the optimum temperature for PP_(333) to increase chilling-resistance. A comparison study on the change of relative electroconductivity in leaves of different Hevea clones treated with or without PP_(333) showed that those non-chilling tolerant clones were more sensitive than those chilling-tolerant clones.
