摘要
以橡胶树93-114、RRIM600品系幼苗的叶片为材料,以过氧化物酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶的酶谱带数量与活性的动态变化为依据,系统研究它们对低温、变温以及多效哇(PP_(333))的效应,结果表明,室温下2个品系之间同工酶谱带数量均不同;RRIM600品系比93-114品系敏感;过氧化物酶同工酶比细胞色素氧化酶同工酶敏感。比较不同条件下诱导呈现的新的同工酶带,发现PP_(333)在常温下诱导呈现的新的同工酶谱带,与低温、变温条件下所呈现的新的同工酶谱带的位置(Rf值)完全相同。
As attempt was made to investigate the effects of chilling temperature, poikilothermaltemperature( 0℃and room temperature)and paclobutrazol ( PP333)on isozymes of peroxidaseand cytochrome oxidase derived from the leaves of Hevea clones 93-114 and RRIM600. Resultsfound that under room temperature the number of isozymes varied in two clones. The cloneRRIM600 was more sensitive to the treatments than 93-114, and the isozyme of peroxidase wasmore sensitive than that of cytochrome oxidase. Comparison of the new isozymes induced underdifferent conditions revealed that the site of the new isozyme bands induced by PP333 under roomtemperature was completely the same as those induced by the chilling temperature and poikilother-mal temperature.
