摘要
探讨低剂量辐射(LDR)对脐血细胞因子表达的刺激效应。 以226Ra γ射线作为辐射源, 以5cGy作为刺激量, 用放射免疫方法(RIA)检测脐血血浆中白介素2(IL-2)、白介素8(IL-8)、红细胞生长素(EPO)及超氧化物岐化酶-1(SOD-1)的活性水平。经过5cGy刺激1h后,脐血血浆中IL-2、IL-8、EPO及SOD-1活性水平均上调,与0cGy比较均有显著性差别( p<0.05)。其中, EPO具有非常显著差别( p<0.01)。 5cGy LDR对脐血IL-2、IL-8、EPO及SOD-1活性具有刺激效应。
The paper studies hormesis of low dose radiation (LDR)in the expression of cytokines in umbilical cord blood (UCB). 1h after irradiation of UCB with 5cGy of 226Ra γ-rays, the levels of IL-2, IL-8 EPO and SOD-1 were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Compared with the control (0Gy), the levels of all the assayed cytokines in the irradiated samples were up-regulated, with significant differences for IL-2, IL-8 and SOD-1 (p<0.05) and very significant difference for EPO (p<0.01). LDR with 226Ra γ-rays could induce hormesis as to the expression of IL-2, IL-8, EPO and SOD-1 in UCB.
