摘要
通过对母体血象和脐血成分的观察，证明脐血成分不受母体贫血的影响。无论正常母体还是轻、中度贫血的母体其相应新生儿脐血的ＲＢＣ参数结果均在正常范围，且脐血中Ｈｂ含量丰富。脐血中原、幼细胞及幼稚网织ＲＢＣ的存在，且有较多的早期原始细胞的论证，为应用脐血进行“输注”和“移植”提供了又一有力的证据。
Constituents of maternal peripheral blood and the umbilical cord blood from the newborns were studied. It was found that severity of maternal anemia did not affect the constitution of the cord blood. Moreover, the cord blood was abundant of hemoglobin and the erythrocytic parameters of the newborn were normal even the parturient had moderate or severe anemia. The fact suggested that cord blood is a resource of immature reticulocytes,hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and that it can be used for transfusion or transplantation.
