摘要
从广东台山海底污泥中采用平板涂布法分离光合细菌,得到一株活性较高的荚膜红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonascapsulate),并研究了其培养特性。试验初步表明:该菌株最适光照强度为1600~3000lx,生长温度为25~28℃,促生长剂——酵母膏的最适添加量为0.15%,能有效降低水体COD、NH_4-N浓度,提高DO浓度,具有明显改善水质的功效。
A high productivity strain was screened from the mud of shrimp ponds and was identified as Rhodopseudomonas capsulate.The preliminaiy study on the growth conditions was carried out. The tests showed the strain can grow anaerobically in light adopted a large range of organic compounds.The optimum growth temperature for strain is 25~30℃. Under the 1 500~3000 lx light, the cells all develop suitably. It can be promoted by adding yeast extract, the optimum concentration was 0.15%, and it had obviously purified effect.
