摘要
本文所报导的是用光合细菌作为仔鱼开口饵料的效果。实验结果表明,单纯使用光合细菌,鱼(?)成活率较高,但因营养成份不全面,仔鱼生长速度较慢;如将光合细菌和其它饵料混合使用,则仔鱼在体长、体重和成活率方面均有显著提高。
In order to study the application of Photo Synthetic Bacteria(and known as PSB)inaquaculture,we have carried a series of res earches on the isolation and cultivation of PSBas well as on their influence on fish growth since the fall of 1986.What have been reported in this article in the value of using PSB as the inilial feed for fish larvae.Itheresearches results indicate,that if Photo Synthetic Bacteria is used alone,the survial rateof the fish larvae will be enhanced greatly.But.because the nutrition ingredient is notgood enough,the growth speed of the fish larvae will be slow.If PSB and other foudderaare mixed in using,the survial rate and the growth speed of the fish larvae will beincreased greatly.
