微生物菌剂在污染水体治理中的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 微生物菌剂作为一种修复污染水体的生物制剂,具有经济有效、无二次污染、有助于改善水体生态系统功能等特点,成为水体微生物修复技术的研究热点之一。通过文献阅读与整理,从菌种的来源及对污染物的去除效果对芽孢杆菌属、假单胞菌属、酵母菌属、光合细菌等进行比较分析。从菌种的获取方式及菌种的复配方法、微生物菌剂固定化技术研发等方面对目前微生物菌剂进行了综述。介绍了微生物菌剂在微污染水体、养殖水体及黑臭水体治理中的应用效果,说明投加微生物菌剂能够有助于改善各种污染水体水质,恢复水体的微生态系统。最后从菌种筛选、菌种复配和微生物菌剂规模化应用三方面总结了微生物菌剂在水体治理领域存在的不足,并提出了建议。 As a biological agent for the restoration of polluted water bodies,microbial agents are economical,effective,free of secondary pollution,and helpful to improve the functions of water ecosystems.Therefore,they have become one of the research hotspots of water microbial remediation technology.Through literature reading and sorting,Bacillus spp.,Pseudomonas spp.,Yest genus,photosynthetic bacteria,etc,were comparatively analyzed.from the source of the bacteria and the removal effect of pollutants.The current microbial inoculants were reviewed in terms of the methods of obtaining bacterial species,the compounding methods of bacterial species,and the research and development of microbial inoculum immobilization technology.The application effects of microbial agents in the treatment of micro-polluted water bodies,aquaculture water bodies and black and odorous water bodies were introduced.It shows that the addition of microbial agents can effectively improve the water quality of various polluted water bodies and restore the micro-ecological system.Finally,the shortcomings of microbial inoculants in the field of water treatment were summarized from the following three aspects:strain screening,strain compounding and large-scale application of microbial inoculants,and suggestions were put forward.
