摘要
利用霍普金森压杆装置(SHPB),对PVDF压力传感器进行了动态校准,给出了校准拟合直线方程和线性度。校准结果表明,霍普金森压杆装置是目前PVDF压力传感器较为理想的动态灵敏度校准设备;在较宽的压力范围内(0~240MPa),PVDF压力传感器输出灵敏度随压力增加缓慢降低,线性度约±3.0%FS。
The dynamic sensitivity of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) pressure transducer is calibrated by SplitHopkinson pressure bar(SHPB). The calibration curve equation and linearity of transducer are given. The calibration results show that SHPB is a suitable device for dynamic sensitivity calibration of PVDF pressure transducer,and the sensitivity of PVDF pressure transducer decreases with the increase of pressure applied to it in the scope of 0~240?MPa with linearity of ±3.0%FS.
