摘要
利用霍普金斯压杆,对自制的PVDF压力传感器进行标定实验。由于标定实验得到的PVDF信号存在零点漂移,不能直接得到理想的转移电荷信号,因此利用LabView设计对PVDF电流信号进行处理实现电荷转移,该算法可有效的消除零点漂移对积分结果的影响,处理速度快,可用于类似的信号处理。经算法处理得到的标定结果与文献中的结果相近,说明自制的PVDF压力传感器性能稳定,该积分算法可靠。
Customized PVDF pressure sensor is needed to calibrate, so we use Hopkinson bar to do it. However, the experiment result of PVDF signals has included zero drift, which can not be obtained the ideal transfer charge signal by direct way. The algorithm using Labview application has developed which is used to process the PVDF current signals in order to transfer charge. The algorithm can effectively eliminate affection of zero drift for the inte- gration. The algorithm is reliable, has fast speed, can be used for a similar signal processing situation. The calibra- tion result of the program is similar with the result the reference, which shows the performance of our customized PVDF pressure sensor is stable and the result is correct and reliable.
