摘要
采用PVDF压电薄膜应力传感器对精冲ASTM 1020板料过程中板料表面接触应力进行测量。测量结果发现接触应力共出现2次波动:第1次波动是由V形齿的压入引起;第2次是由凸模冲裁板料所导致,出现峰值后单调减小。第2次波动的峰值是第1次的3.0~3.7倍,且是随着第1次波动峰值的增加先减小后增加的二阶多项式。
In fine-blanking process of 1020 steel sheet, the contact stress variation on the sheet surface was measured by the PVDF piezoelectric film stress sensor. Two fluctuations of contact stress were detected. The first one was caused by pressing the V-ring into the sheet. The second was the result of the punch squeezing metal in the shearing zone, and the contact stress peak occurred firstly, then, the contact stress decreased monotonically. Ratio of contact stress peak in the second fluctuation to the first is within 3.0~3.7 times, and is a second-order polynomial which decreases at first and then increases with the increasing of contact stress peak in the first fluctuation.
