摘要
微波作为一种新型热源已被广泛用于化学研究、食品加工、医疗仪器以及材料热处理等行业中,发展极为迅速。在这些应用中,温度显然是个重要的参数,但处于强电磁场的环境下,在微波场中温度的测量依然是一个技术难题。阐述了光纤光栅温度传感器的原理,以及分析了光纤光栅温度传感器在微波场中测温的前景及应用。
As a new energy source, microwave (MW) has greatly applied in chemical research,foodstuff processing, medical apparatus and material heat treatment.It has obtained the rapid development. In microwave thermal processing, temperature is an important parameter apparently. One of the major problems concerning MW heating has the difficulty in obtaining accurate temperature owing to suffering from electromagnetic interference. The development of fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensing technology provides a lot of new methods used in temperature measurement in a MW field. The principle of FBG temperature sensor is presented, the application and development foreground of FBG temperature sensor in temperature measurement in a MW field are analyzed.It is of certain reference value to further development of temperature measuring technology in a MW field.
