摘要
介绍一种利用磁光晶体记录特性进行高功率微波场矢量测量的传感技术。用这种测量技术对返波管振荡器微波场的多点阵列测试表明,该传感系统对被测场无影响,抗干扰能力强,空间分辨率为0.001m,可测出场的主要模式成份TM_01、TE_01和TE_11,以及各成份的场强和功率,对总功率的估算值与喇叭耦合测量结果有较好的一致性。
The sensor technology for high power microwave vector field by using recording characteristics of magneto-optic crystal is described in this paper. The multipoint array measurements on the microwave field of the cacinotron oscillator indicate that the sensor system has no effect on the measured fieldand has an anti-interference ability, its spatial resolution is lmm. The sensor can measure the field's mainmodes TM01,TE01 and TEll, and the field intensities and powers of these modes. The estimations of thetotal power agree well with the results which are measured by horn coupler.
