摘要
系统研究了亚砜类萃取剂石油亚砜和二异辛基亚砜萃取青霉素G的性能。在平衡研究的基础上确定了适宜的革萃和反萃条件,以此为基础进行了萃取串级和工艺台架试验。结果表明,分别由石油亚砜、二异辛基亚砜与稀释剂磺化煤油组成的萃取体系对青霉素G的革取性能均优于现有的醋酸丁酯体系,且二异辛基亚砜体系比石油亚砜体系更好。由于它们的低水溶性,因此不必从废酸水中回收革取剂,使操作简化、能耗降低。实验中还发现,当亚砜、胺组合使用时,有明显的协萃效应。
The extraction of penicillin G with petroleum sulphoxide and di-isooctyl. sulphoxide was studied systematically. Based on the extraction equilibrium experiments, the suitable extraction and re-extraction conditions were determined, then, the extraction cascade and bench-scale experiments were carried out. The experimental results show that either the petroleum sulphoxide extraction system or the di-isooctyl sulphoxide extraction system (with kerosene as the diluents) are superior to butyl acetate system for penicillin's extraction, and the di-isooctyl sulphoxide system is supurior to petroleum sulphoxide system. By adopting the sulphoxide extraction system, the recovery process of extractant from the aqueous raffinite may be eliminated, thus, the technological flowsheet can be simplified and the energy consumption can be decreased. The experiment also shows that combined sulphoxide and amine extraction system presents obvious synergistic effect of extraction.
