摘要
采用高效液相色谱法对6-APA中残余苯乙酸、青霉素G含量进行了测定.经验证,此方法具有较强的专属性,苯乙酸、青霉素G测量的线性范围分别为0.000 499 7~0.013 991 6 mg/mL和0.000 501 3~0.014 036 4mg/mL;苯乙酸的回收率为99.91%,青霉素G的回收率为85.86%;苯乙酸、青霉素G的定量限分别为0.003 198mg/mL和0.001 004 mg/mL,检出限分别为:0.000 301 2 mg/mL和0.000 959 4 mg/mL.
The residual phenylacetic acid (PAA) and penicillin G (PCG) are measured in 6-APA by high performance liquid chromatography. By validation, this has a good specification. The linear concentration ranges of PAA and PCG are 0. 000 499 7 - 0. 013 991 6 mg/mL,0. 000 501 3 - 0.014 036 4 mg/mL respectively, the av- erage recoveries 99.91% ,85.86 % respectively, the limits of quantitation 0. 003 198 mg/mL,0. 001 004 mg/mL respectively,and the limits of detection 0. 000 301 2 mg/mL,0. 000 959 4 mg/mL respectively.
