本文提出了一种肩周炎康复体疗功能评定方案。方案包括诊断标准、病程分期、所用肩部活动功能评定指标、肩部活动功能评分分级方法。举例说明了方案的实际应用,并对方案的制订依据进行了讨论.
A plan of functional assessment for rehabilitative exercise therapy of adhesivecapsulitis is presented. This plan consists of the diagnostic criteria for adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder in three stages. Four items reflecting the functional ability of the shoulder were measured and the data were converted into scores. The functional grade was determined according to the total marks obtained. The practical application of this plan was illustrated and the basis formulating this plan was discussed.
