摘要
采用有限元法,对电容式两相流相浓度传感器引入计算机辅助设计。建立电容传感器理论模型,对两相流各种典型流型进行仿真.分析了传感器各结构参数对测量的影响,为传感器的优化设计提供了依据。研究了一种均匀旋转电容敏感场的多电极传感器,有效地减少了两相流流型变化和不同的相分布对测量的影响,使得传感器性能有明显的改善。
In this paper a software package by using finite element analysis techniques for the calculation of electric field distribution, in twophase flow concentration transducer is presented. Based on research work, the results from simulation and experiments: show that the multielectrode transducer with a rotating and homogeneous sensitivity field has an obvious advantage, i. e. the influences of flow regimes or component distribution on the measurement result has greatly reduced.
