摘要
分析了声速法测量气粉混合物固相浓度的理论模型,结合对实际工况的分析,建立了固相浓度与声波传播时间之间的实用关系式,并对该关系式进行了实验验证。理论分析与实验结果表明,用于测量气粉混合物的固相浓度,声速法是一种与固相粒子的成分、固相粒度分布以及当地流速无关的一种测量手段,并且在防止探头污染和防磨等方面具有优势。
The model of which the concentration of coal powders is measured by the sound velocity method,is built up in this paper.Based on the analyse of the actual work status,the applied function between the concentration of solid phase and the spread time of the sound is given.The function is also validated by the experiment.The theoretical analyse and experiment results demonstrate that the sound velocity method can be used to measure the solid phase concentration of the gas-solid two-phase flow,independent of the local velocity,the solid phase particle species and the granularity distribution, and has advantages in preventing the pollution of sensors and being wearable.
