摘要
应用组织氧电极技术检测枕叶脑皮层氧分压(P_tO_2),同步描记枕叶脑电(AI_a,θI_a),观察实验室家兔(n=23)在急性低氧条件下(8.6kPa)P_tO_2、AI_a和θI_a指标的演变规律,并进行相关分析。结果表明,急性低氧脑电类α波指数随脑皮层氧分压的降低而减少,相关系数为0.8605,P<0.0005。直线回归方程为y=61.6476+4.6174X可为筛选低氧致适应药物研究提供动物实验方法参照。急性低氧类θ波指数与类α波指数成反比。本文急性低氧脑电节律变化特点,支持缺氧可能影响中脑网状结构引发脑干特有节律发放假说。
In this study,the oxygen partial pressure of cerebral occipital cortex(P_tO_2)and the electroencephalographic activities were synchronizedly recorded and correlatively analyzed in 23 rabbits under acute hypoxia(8.6kPa). We observed that the similar θ-wave index(θIa)and the similar α-wave index(AIa) inversely changed, but AIa and P_tO_2 proportionally decreased, of which correlative results were:r=0.8605,P<0.0005,Y=61.6476+4.6174X,which gave an animal experimental model to the research field in the choice of anti-anoxia drugs. Our conclusion has found out some supports to the hypothesis that the anoxia induces the special regular charges from the brainstem probably through effecting the middle brain reticular formation.
